I just completed the interview process for an Energy Specialist Role and was successful. The whole process is so thorough and enjoyable, Tayla Maylon was so lovely, she equipped me for everything, stayed in close contact, updating me about everything and helping me with it all she was an absolute dream to work with! During the interviewing process you get told about everything to do with the company and what they stand for. It is so inspiring how successful Octopus is, they are growing so much and I am very grateful to be able to be a part of the process. They hold amazing Discovery days which are packed with so much important and interesting information I am very impressed with how they operate.
