The management and senior management care and will always have the time to support you in whatever you need. I've only recently become a part of the management team myself and the support I've had to get here has been amazing.

Cons

Hard work and busy times. Unfortunately, the energy crisis has meant that we are extremely busy. The time and effort you put in are always acknowledged though.
