      Pros

      Leadership team are genuinely good people. The company also lives out its mission statement, it's not just a nice slogan. My fellow colleagues are wonderful - you get to know people quickly with the open floor plan. Benefits are great too!

      Cons

      Nothing is perfect of course, but I cannot think of anything that is worth a complaint.

      Pros

      I like working at Octopus Energy for a lot of reasons. 1. Everyone is aligned in the mission of renewable energy. 2. As employees we are empowered to do the right thing for not just the company but for each other. We are encouraged to have a good work/life balance, and it's not uncommon for people to take "reset days" to recharge and come back stronger. 3. The work is fun and challenging, and we are not stuck in one position. If you want to try something new, that we avoid siloing means that people can try other roles.

      Cons

      We're working on increasing our diversity, especially on the technical side of things. We're always on the lookout for more people from marginalized groups.
