The supportive and caring nature of this office. All teams really work hard and support one another to get the work done. The company knows when we are working really hard, when things get tough from time and time so they reward and recognise us frequently and always check on our wellbeing.

Cons

Really fast paced environment, lots to learn and as Octopus and the energy industry grows there is a lot of constant training to keep on top of.

Octopus Energy are super supportive and really care about their staff. We have the freedom to deliver amazing service without being micro-managed which makes everyone feel empowered. We are given all the tools we need to be able to deliver amazing results and we all share in the success of the business with opportunities across the UK and worldwide.

Cons

Octopus is a high growth environment with lots of opportunities, which means sometimes we need to add in that extra effort which can be a challenge but also really rewarding to see the end results

- Lots of opportunities to progress - Company invests a lot of money and time in training and progression pathways - Progression doesn't have to be linear - Lots of company benefits - Colleagues are really helpful and lovely

Cons

- Lack of clarity in progression/pay rises - Opportunities and pay are mostly down to manager discretion - Very self driven, you need to let people know you want to progress or have a pay rise
