      Flexible, Honest, Captivating and Genuine! Octopus is famous for excellent customer service but that is secondary compared to operating model and its attitude towards its staff who are all treated as family.

      Octopus Energy is a welcoming and supportive environment, always giving you the time and space to grow - and the flexibility to grow in the way you'd like to! Everybody here really does care, and the culture is as good as it's made out to be through the interview process.

      Cons

      It's a very fast paced environment to work in and there is a lot of information to learn - I am still learning things after 1 year - However this feels like a positive because you grow and learn so much with your time here because of this.
