      The company with a futuristic view on how humans should behave and be treated in the workplace. Total psychological safety, empowerment and autonomy.

      Cons

      Being given so much freedom and empowerment can be challenging especially for more junior people, but the coaching culture at octo really helps with that

The innovations that come out of this company is genuinely making the world better. - Responsibilities goes to those who solve problems - SO much career growth potential

      - A fair amount of politics at the highest level - Not a con per se, but you have to be able to deal well with uncertainty and change
