      - Can do attitude and high speed - No greenwashing; Octopus genuinely cares about planet and people and it is reflected in every decision made. The innovations that come out of this company is genuinely making the world better. - Responsibilities goes to those who solve problems - SO much career growth potential

      - A fair amount of politics at the highest level - Not a con per se, but you have to be able to deal well with uncertainty and change

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
