      The people are great, it’s dynamic, lots of opportunity loads of growth.

      Cons

      Sometimes the dynamic approach can be a little frustrating, I like that we react to situations quickly but sometimes we’re just reacting and I like that we can all come together and do that, and it’s always appreciated and done as a team, but it can be difficult and frustrating at times.
