      Pros

      It has been a FANTASTIC place to work so far! I feel like I am challenged well with the projects I am given, I feel like I have a stake in my team, I feel like I have support when things don't turn out how I had hoped, and I feel energized and inspired every day from the other colleagues both within my team and outside of that team.

      Cons

      I can't say I have any at the moment to be perfectly honest. Perhaps if asked in a year's time I think I'll have some just by way of experiencing some things that only come with being somewhere for a year, or maybe more.

      Pros

      Moves fast and working towards solving important solutions. The work is at cutting edge of energy markets, loads of nice and clever people. Modern tech infrastructure

      Cons

      Tendency to be spread to thin and have work dumped on you. People who care are overworked and the no limit annual leave policy means those who contribute less take more (compounding the problem). The equity scheme benefits early joiners a bit more, blocks new progression and allows some bad managers a level of comfort.
