The workload is unmanagable for everyone. It’s a performance based review but you don’t get paid extra for good performance. You can take om lots of responsibilities but still be on the same pay as when you worked a lot less. Very hard to actually progress

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is really appreciated. It has been a busy couple of months supporting our customers with higher contact volumes than usual. Recently, we’ve had lots of great new team mates join the site who once fully trained up will make a big difference to teams. In the next 1-2 months, we’re looking at how we can rebalance workloads. We currently have the skills academy with many of the courses recently being opened up to applicants and more to come, and managers are able to reward fantastic performers too.
