Sometimes managements gaslighting is comical.

Cons

Pay, workload, communication, culture, profit over safety, customer service and quality. Wellbeing is a serious concern as the company had pushed a swath of its field employees into sickness costing millions. Instead of considering the underlying issues it promotes its treatment offerings - both causing and solving the "problem" leaving employees trapped drowning in the middle.

I'm surprised to hear that you're not finding the role to be as flexible as you expected and I'd love to chat more about this if you want to reach out to me on Slack or email? We do pride ourselves on the flexibility that we offer so I'd be keen to know what's not working for you. As Digiops is our 'out of hours' site we do ask people to work at least 50% of their hours 'out of hours' and we ask people to work at least 7.5 hours on a weekend but in return for that people can pretty much set their own schedule on a week to week basis (we don't ask people to work set shifts) which tends to work well for people who have other commitments outside of work such as family/caring responsibilities.
