      Pros

      The culture of the offices is second to none. You are presented with the opportunities to further your career if you chase them.

      Cons

      The unexpected stress and unobtainable targets, this can come in many forms however the backlog clear outs are when this peaks. It can also be a demanding role especially given the current climate.

      Pros

      The working culture seems great managers really care making the company feel very modern and futuristic with new approaches and forward thinking. Everything seems really well organised.

      Cons

      Unbelievable induction and very well organised getting set up on the tech side was quite stressful but its getting much easier now with practice. It really isn't a con but there is a massive amount of information to take in whilst getting up and running.
