Whole team every step are super friendly and helpfull, they keep you well informed and in the loop from the lovely recruitment team who do initial phone interviews to the onboarding team at the recruitment events, the training facility staff are all amazing too. Amazing culture, I feel well looked after not just when I'm clocked in but knowing there's support I could get 24/7

The people there are all fantastic and really do care which is wonderful to work alongside. They really care about vulnerable customers Diversity inclusive Rapidly growing company with a huge amount of scope to upskill and diversify into new roles Free Food Team socials Selling shares it happens!

Cons

Not truly neurodiverse inclusive. Although the intentions are there but you can see that a lot of what is said is just to cover inclusion law and to make sure that they can’t get pulled up for but saying it. Personally a few times I’ve been to felt like a burden because of neurodiverse behaviour patterns, which actually made it worse as it was not understood when I communicated it. If you pick up another job or role you are expected to keep up with your regular work load even though you it be physically able to.
