Its only my first official week here but the team are amazing I have a lot to learn but every single person I have had interaction with have been so helpful, supportive, they really do just want to see you do well! It really feels more like a family than a workplace and have made me feel so welcome already! Your empowered to make decisions and trusted to, like an adult but you know there is always someone there to talk too if your ever unsure.
