Pros

Honestly loved the people, they were the reason I stayed for so long. I’m still great friends with a lot of them now having left. Some of the projects are really interesting and you get exposed to a lot of cool things.

Cons

Pay - the lack of a pay structure and the fact (atleast in my team) you only had a pay review annually where you couldn’t request a certain salary, was extremely off putting. There’s also a lack of transparency around salaries. Management - certain management within ops was brilliant but within other teams, there’s a very hands off approach, leaving you to your own devices (which is great) but when you need support there’s nothing there. Stepping into a new role you’d expect some training not just being thrown into the deep end. HR - how a company of this size functions without having an HR department I don’t know. How can I raise an issue about my manager when they’re the only person I can go to? Or their manager who isn’t impartial? As some people have said it is just one big boys club.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We really appreciate it. A big part of our culture is how our teams operate and work together. We try very hard to foster an environment of community and collaboration, where people can work better together than they ever could individually. That can naturally result in a lot of the team building personal friendships that grow beyond their roles and day to day and social activities stemming from this. We provide as much space and opportunity as possible with regular activities for our teams to get to know each other better and bond with their peers through things like team socials and office events; however, no one should feel pressured to take part. Thank you for sharing your experience so that we can continue to improve on our approach and provide an inclusive environment for all. Best, Inés Head of Operations

Pros

Pros: Friendly team members; colleagues were generally supportive. Some flexibility with scheduling.

Cons

Repetitive, boring work, mind-numbing, and it brings you closer to depression than anything else. Travelling to the office multiple times a week. Cons: High-pressure sales targets made the role extremely stressful at times. Management often provided inconsistent guidance, making it difficult to know priorities. Communication from leadership could be slow, leading to confusion or last-minute changes. Limited opportunities for career growth or promotion within the role. Advice to Management: Provide clearer guidance and more consistent support for new hires. Not so fair as they are always banging on about.
