Nice environment, but very limited progression

Friendly bunch of people and nice environment. Free food for breakfast and lunch.
Cons
Very limited progression here, they do not offer out promotions if you are doing well, you have to present to leadership why you deserve a small pay rise. Very rigid sales process which is set in stone and micro managed. Feedback from sales to leadership isn’t acted upon, and significant changes (such as weekend working or adjustments to commission) are often communicated with little notice. This got very frustrating. 1 female team leader, the rest male. In general, it is very difficult to get your voice heard as a woman here, it is extremely male dominated unfortunately. It feels like a sinking ship for the sales team a lot of the time, which creates a very negative workplace - leadership are fighting a losing battle when they are trying to 'boost morale' sometimes. Blasting music all day when everyone is on the phone is not a good solution.
