Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We really appreciate it. A big part of our culture is how our teams operate and work together. We try very hard to foster an environment of community and collaboration, where people can work better together than they ever could individually. That can naturally result in a lot of the team building personal friendships that grow beyond their roles and day to day and social activities stemming from this. We provide as much space and opportunity as possible with regular activities for our teams to get to know each other better and bond with their peers through things like team socials and office events; however, no one should feel pressured to take part.
