Ethical brand to be proud of which is incredibly successful. Varied, interesting work no two days the same. Excellent pay, with realistic targets and commission. Lots of other financial perks and rewards. Shares in the business! Brilliant at offering support, especially when you experience difficult personal circumstances. Fantastic support network.

Got to install 25mm tails and isolator on every job Take out lead on every job All regional managers care about is percentage you hit not how many jobs you have done Bonus is poor Work load unfair
