      Pros

      It has been very different to everything i have been used to it but- everyone has been kind to make me feel at home, helping me when i need it. Very impressed with how nice everyone is and how great my team has made feel to be a part of them.

      Nothing work related- just me being a bit cautious with open solar to make sure i make everything properly and correctly.
