      Good perks but high pressure stats

      Pros

      People are lovely and very casual environment. Can earn pay increases by specialising in certain fields instead of doing a linear path. Development is very encouraged.

      Cons

      Stats focused and first 6 months probation can feel very overwhelming. Once you hit a year it’s much more manageable and becomes a lot easier.

      Superficial perks can't hide a toxic culture

      Some superficial perks, such as free drinks on Fridays. Ambitious brand image and marketing presence.

      Cons

      Company culture is often toxic and lacks genuine support. Leadership can appear disconnected from employees’ day-to-day challenges. No proper HR department; they have a “People & Talent” team that functions more as a façade rather than a true HR function. For a company of this size, this is inadequate. Perks and benefits feel like a cover for deeper organizational issues.
