Good company, repetitive day-to-day

Pros

Good culture, nice office, will take people with less experience, opportunities to progress. Good processes and systems in place to problem solve. Efficient onboarding.

Cons

Dull day-to-day administrative tasks in customer operations. Every day looks the same, and workload is usually too high. I eventually quit because I was bored while feeling too busy at the same time, though I am grateful for the experience. Talking to customers, though I didn't mind this too much. Work day runs until 5.30 across the company so no option to take shorter lunch and leave early - lunch is 1 hour.
