      Pros

      The level of care and attention put into every new starter is unmatched. You are welcomed in with open arms and have the opportunity to learn and develop alongside some of the best in the business.

      Cons

      When I started there was a 3 day a week in the office requirement, for those with families this presented an issue occasionally. This has since changed to a 2 day/week in the office requirement. For me I love that I can come in 5 days a week, or only 2, and if I want I can also go to the London office which always provides great energy.

      Pros

      OEV is very diverse and accommodating to reasonable adjustments in the workplace and everyone is celebrated for being different. New ideas and forward thinking are encouraged and welcomed with open arms and everyone is made to feel important to the company. The work is flexible and you’re trusted to get things done without the clock being watched. Free breakfast and snacks in the office and SO much recognition for working hard. I am so proud to work for Octopus!
