      Pros

      OPSWAT is a customer-oriented company that attempts to provide the right framework for people to grow. Most of the managers are willing to explore ideas as long as you make data-driven proposals. Salary and benefits are very competitive. There is a lot of innovation in the built products.

      Cons

      The upper management can sometimes fall short of expectations. There were some bad decisions at times.

      My team is fantastic. They are supportive, caring, and helpful without micromanaging.

      It's a fast growing company, and going through some pains, but the seem to be trying to resolve the issues.
