      At OPSWAT I have friendly colleagues who are willing to give a hand when I need help. The managers are helpful and provide adequate supports. A flexible environment.

      Pros

      Great product, experienced product management, and engineering teams.

      Cons

      I've worked here for a significant amount of time, and since hiring new marketing leadership (which wasn't even that long ago), myself and several others have seen a breakdown in processes, and wasteful spending. I'm surprised at senior management for hiring individuals who clearly do not have the experience required to properly run a successful marketing team. It's really discouraging. I hope it gets better, but I have my doubts.

      We are sorry you feel that way. We would hope that you would speak up and talk about any issues with the processes you might see. We definitely value open communication and work as a team at OPSWAT. We must admit we do find this review rather odd...and quite frankly suspicious. Our marketing management has decades of experience. On a personal note I have seen great strides the marketing department has been achieving so I really have to disagree with the assessment. This is in big part to the more seasoned professionals we have been strategically adding to that group. Please feel free to talk to HR confidentially or talk to any of the marketing team openly. I am sure they would welcome any feedback you can give.

      Great Place to Work! Exciting Global Company

      Pros

      I have worked in many international IT companies until now, but it is the first time for a company that has many excellent and friendly employees like OPSWAT, and always has a positive number of people to work. I am working outside the United States, but OPSWAT is a very technical and international company and I am very excited to become one member who will expand the market globally. Also, people in the management team are always supporting.
