horrible culture, all driven by CEO that micro manager every single detail, no work life balance they except people to be available 24/7 including weekends, I was asked to take a VIP customer to dinner and they refused to cover the cost, since it was after "the end of her visit". Super long hiring process, I felt I was already working for the company, paying less than market. They split the salary to base and bonus, but at the review I was told that only god gets 100%, so max is 90%. People are hired and fired so fast, you can't get the job done. Lack of basic processes, I had to chase to get my bonus as there isn't a process in place... All CMO that were hired and need to work with CEO couldn't last more than two months.

Unprofessional managers and leadership that throw temper tantrums. They will use fear and intimidations tactics on you to hit targets and keep your mouth shut. Micromanagement from the CEO down, I've seen good people come and go here, don't waste your time with actual good companies out there that you can work for. The CEO thinks he can do everything better than his staff, so there's really no leadership, just "workers". Find another organization to join, you won't regret it.
