Lack of clear direction from the management

Pros

The engineers they hired are some of the most talented and hard-working I've seen in my whole career.

Cons

You might get fired, or you project might get moved to another country without a prior notice and without a handover process. They always say that the company is doing well and whatnot but they put a freeze on hiring and raises for the past 6 months. Literally nobody at the top communicates properly and it looks like all the decisions affecting people's lives are done on a whim.

Once good stable place to work in , now a very insecure job stability company

Great work/life balance. Direct management is easy to work with and understanding.

Cons

Job Stability is no longer a thing in OPSWAT. Upper management has like Yes Sir mentality and CEO don't show any future stability for the company, always moving products. CEO seems to think that the company is a dictatorship country. You wake up go work and you are either convinced to resign/fired or moved to another project out of the sudden without any valid reason . Employees are humans not monopoly cards. No respect for loyalty for the company , they kick you whenever the feel like. HR acts against the employees , cannot be trusted.
