None, CWR was good now even that is no longer there

CEO's vision which is not launching new products but achieving 1.5bn savings by hook or crook TFG New hybrid working model which rolls back CWR wfh which was much more dynamic

Some amazing people, that is why you stay…until they leave. Pipeline is good.

Cons

At Novartis UK it is bureaucratic, and full of toxic positivity. Do not listen to their employees. Have forgotten about the people that make it great. Culture is completely wrong.
