Great top level management but not so great local department level management
Pros
Employee friendly Great policies and flexibility Strong ethics and V&Bs that make it a safe place to work Vas and team's vision and values are amazing and can vouch for it anytime
Cons
Very slow career growth and worst pay scale if you stay for a longer period Everyone hears your pay scale and market correction concerns and none acts upon Yearly hikes are pretty low, promotions also don't really scale you up Department level leadership is the worst, needs an immediate change - lot of internal politics, favoritism and hard work is not really paid off but favoritism and biasness does. Current rate of attrition speaks for it and should be a huge red flag to change the leadership team handling the department. Majority of the attrition is contributed by those who stayed with the company for more than 4-5 years at the least Lot of work pressure, work life imbalance
