I have not regretted my decision to further my career at Northside Hospital. The organization leadership is engaged, I feel valued, and have been able to grow in my position. Benefits are much improved compared to my previous company. I would encourage anyone to work for Northside Hospital.

I love the diversity at Northside. Our facilities are beautiful. The opportunity to mentor and train others.

Cons

The pay has not kept up with current cost of living in the greater Atlanta area.
