Northside has excellent resources to help staff. There’s always extra hands that make the job easier. Teamwork is great.

Cons

Northside goes the extra mile, which includes charting. As a nurse, expect to chart significantly more than you would at any other hospital. Time saved with extra resources is spent instead on charting.
