Excellent benefits, strong job stability, and opportunities for professional growth. The Emergency Department at Northside Duluth truly feels like family—a close-knit team that supports one another through every challenge. No matter how busy the day gets, everyone steps in to help. It’s an incredible environment built on trust, teamwork, and shared purpose.

      Cons

      Like any large healthcare system, the pace can be demanding—especially in the Emergency Department. Processes and technology updates can take time to implement due to the size of the organization. However, our team works together to overcome every obstacle, and leadership support makes even the toughest days manageable.
