The locations are great and I love my team.

Cons

For a women's hospital the maternity benefits could be much better. We have to use our own PTO for holidays, even if our office is closed and we cannot work. We are not up to the current standards for remote working.

Like any large healthcare system, there can be busy seasons and fast-paced days, but the teamwork and support make it MORE than manageable.
