Great benefits, and that’s about it.

Cons

Extremely stressful environment not just for employees, but for patients as well. Everyone knows NS have an extremely high turnover rate. Outpatient-especially Dekalb location-is a nightmare. Existing staff is extremely toxic but management protects them at all costs since they’ve been there for a long time. An extraordinary amount of paperwork. Techs, if you value your sanity, DO NOT work at Northside Hospital. Run. Fast.

management lacks, professionalism, no good benefits, We have not sick days or paid holidays. PTO is not paid holidays, that is PTO.
