      No one cares about how well you preform. All anyone cares about is how well you can kiss up.

      After years of a workplace that treated me well, those who did so were eliminated and the culture changed immensely.

      Competitive pay and benefits package.

      Cons

      Those who were willing to be yes men and women were promoted while those who tried to help enhance practices were gagged or fired. Unstable and abusive management styles made workers feel they could do no right and jobs were at risk. Very little praise was given for a job well done even when it was being done with minimal supervision and resources.
