      everyone appears to be friendly a family organization

      Cons

      12 hour shift are very hard but after the shift you feel good because you only have two more days to complete a full week pay

      NSH offers great benefits and the Northside advantage when you use one of their facilities

      Cons

      They are expanding rapidly into the physician practices and don't quite have the support to handle the growth.
