      Pros

      NSH has a Good Reputation & it is ever growing. Have worked in NSH system previously. Close to home. Working with others living in your community & serving the people of your community. Hospital is nice & clean. High standards for employees. RN's in my area have to work together & depend on one another & always willing to help.

      Haven't found any yet. While no place is perfect I am very happy to be apart of NSH.

      Liked learning and education. Good child care and acceptable health care benefits and retirement planning.

      Cons

      Scheduling to an ever changing patient census is changing Always could use more patient care providers Often limits to upward mobility in the work place
