Although we are often understaffed, most of us know how to pull together and help one another out. We look for ways to improve our environment, and work load.

Cons

Often understaffed Lacks incentives for all PCT's, UCS's, LPNs, and RNs. Environment seems punitive. Out dated equipment for a hospital that delivers the most babies in the Southeast. High turnover.

Cons

Lack of standardized training. Payscale not competitive for all areas of medical billing. Telecommuting not available for non-patient facing positions.
