Pros
Its easily assessible to Marta. The cafeteria food is good most days. My coworkers are good people.
Cons
The technology is stone age. Northside receives all these accolades for patient care, yet the amount of paper trail we have to use is so outdated. They need a complete face lift when it comes to automating processes and using more sophisticated systems. Also, depending on your area (I'm non-clinical), there are no defined processes. Stuff is all over the place. Not what I expected when I accepted the job. They definitely sent in their "representative" when I was interviewing.
