Northside Hospital system is a great place to work as a whole! Northside Cherokee is my home campus and I love it here. We have a close-knit team and every department is committed to collaboration for excellent patient care. Leadership strives to create a culture of safety for both patient and staff. We strive for a spirit of true teamwork!

Cons

All organizations have opportunities for improvement and I can say we are no different. The difference is the approach to embrace these opportunities and improve care as we learn from each occurrence or suggestion from patients and staff.
