I very much enjoy my role at Northside Hospital. I am given creative freedom, allowed to come up with new and innovative ideas to boost recruitment and very much enjoy the environment and chances to learn.

Great benefits. Relaxed environment. Family friendly environment. They treat you like you're part of their family.

Cons

It's not really a con because it's made clear to you upon hiring, but due to the hospital environment, you will work on holidays from time to time.
