Beautiful facility, lots of chances for community involvement, and most employees are very professional. The hospital is always expanding and great for lateral transfers, and opportunities for promotions.

Cons

Not enough parking for patients and employees.

Amazing Residency Program for RN's

Pros

Great training and orientation, room for growth/leadership, quality patient care, family feel to the units, very supported. The recruiters for the residency were extremely helpful and made this a great experience! Highly recommend for new nurses!

Cons

Need an update EMR system, but that is coming in the next year
