      Great place to work. The technology available is advanced and the training good. NSH treats employees well and is open to their input.

      Really to many to list,But a few, 1. great people 2. Great Benefits 3. great hours 4. This Hospital is a state of the art and Beyond to work for,I have never seen a Hospital so far in advance in Technology. 5.awesome Team wor and More.

      none!!! That I know of, I don't look for Cons,just the positive's!

      Pros

      Northside is a great place to work as a nurse. Good benefits, great education opportunities, and wonderful coworkers.

      EMR system is weak, a new one is coming soon!
