Quick callback - I submitted my application at the beginning of the week and heard back within two days for an interview. Even quicker results - I was called with an offer for employment less than two hours after my interview ended. Employee focus - I've only been working here for a few days but there seems to be a huge appreciation for employees. Friendly staff - I've been in several hospitals for clinicals and the Northside staff is the friendliest, most helpful group of people I've ever been exposed to in a healthcare setting. As a new college grad with her first real job, this has been so amazing. Other employees will stop you in the hall to ask if you need any help and everyone you speak to is exceptionally kind.

Starting off as a new nurse here 10 years ago, I never felt alone in making decisions. There are so many resources to help new nurses. I feel that was a huge piece to my success at NS. I've been lucky to have supervisors and managers that have been so supportive over the years. We are a very busy hospital, so one will get a lot of experience in caring for patients.The benefits are great for my family. I have been given the opportunity to move up in ranks and have done so quickly throughout the years.
