Great benefits. I like the work and co-workers. Challenging and learning new skills.

Cons

Management does not understand that projects need to be prioritized - not everything can be first and most urgent. No direction or understanding of time needed to accomplish complex projects. Getting time off approved is near impossible.

Cons

They hire lazy people instead of hiring someone who will work hard they hire someone who looks good on paper
