      Pros

      You have set hours. Great benefits such as discounted medical insurance, matching 403b contributions, and at least 2 weeks vacation the first year of employment. The company culture of the company is fun.

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted or move up within the company.

      Pros

      It's great working with the patients.

      Cons

      Everything else. Incompetent management - starting at the top. The right does not know what the left is doing. Always ready to point fingers. There is no positive reinforcement, yet when one thing is done wrong you never heard the end of it. No one wants to fix the root cause of the issue. They just want to cover with a band aid and pretend there are no issues. If you're good at getting the job done, expect to have all the responsibility thrown on you. Favoritism is very obvious in the department. Management makes promises that they will not keep. Turnover is extremely high.

      Pay is good. They still have pension plan

      Cons

      Healthcare benefits are horrible. You loose your healthcare if you are out longer than 12 weeks on disability.
