      Good company, but not the Kraków which is a low cost center

      Pros

      - steady job - a lot of things to do - but not especially challenging if you end up in a wrong project - money is always on time

      Cons

      Kraków location is a low cost center with all its disadvantages: - a lot of people are leaving the company because of: - low salaries (comparing to the market in Kraków) - student driven development (because of the reasons mentioned above) - managers who do not fit their roles - used up office space - second building across town (!) only because it is the cheapest offering possible - new chairs (Wrocław center was disposing their old ones so we got them )

      Good starting carreer before you realise how cheap you are :)

      Pros

      Good company for starting carrier (first couple of years). Highly focused on low cost (we are taking off free coffee becasue we need to save many, few years later - oh, coffee is back, wtf?). Demanding job with increasing responsibilities not reflected in salary.

      Cons

      Not best place to work with if you want to work to your fullest potential. Management decisions focused mainly on lowering cost instead of making emploees feel comfortable and motivated.
