Pros

Decent pay. Good people. They just need to be allowed to do what they were trained to do.

Cons

This is absolutely the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. No time to do a proper job. Prototypes released with known problems. Engineers are throwing together evaluation boards from semiconductor vendors without truly understanding how they work. Cant blame the Engineers. What can you do when you have such a short design cycle. There isnt any time to research a problem and come up with a design to address the problem. Any product coming out of this facility is a ticking time bomb.

Pros

Good only if you are unemployed or need a US green card sponsor! Also a good training center to learn stuff about technology and also harsh politics and non-EEOC employer personality and then leave for an honorable work!

Cons

Harsh and discriminatory environment. No life balance. Unreasonable pressure and treating people like non-human Too much politics and micro-management by managers who mainly come from India but have not yet adopted American culture and lifestyle ( thus not caring for work-life balance of employees) low wages and promoting wrong people ( buddies of management) HR is not on your side and is part of the whole scam

Pros

Good salary, friendly team, nice office that is close to Caltrain. Pretty flexible work environment in regards to time off, etc. Smart teammates.

Cons

No clear direction of the company. Awful leadership. Acquisition of Withings has been a disaster that led to a year's worth of hard work being scrapped. Part of a big company, but none of the benefits of that (HR is a joke, e.g., benefits enrollment was done on a piece of paper).
