Good Salary, but little chance of keeping it for long

Cons

Basically, the company is mostly in shutdown mode. Trying to get out of the "high cost regions" (i.e. the US), and only hire in lost cost countries.

They like to recreate the wheel. They maybe be forward thinkin in their product/services, but they do not manage in a forward thinking way (very old school).

Cons

Managers can be a joke ~ non-existant, no support. They are believers in out-sourcing jobs to low-cost countries.
