Leaves , wfh, salary, average hike ( now seems bit reducing ) ok work life balance. Opportunity for c++ and java, good for testers

Cons

Too much process, all work are strictly time bounded, seniors enjoy the most, not recommended for career growth. Old code/ technology, more shuffling on things. Doesn't separate responsibility properly. Politics and favour. No team outing budget. No gym.

1. great place to learn and grow 2. excellent work life balance 3. employees are very friendly I have been working for last 1 year and I feel that the company is a great place for starters.Got selected from College for a RnD Position and I certainly feel that a lot of work is being done in the research in my team.

Cons

1. No celebrations of major festivals 2. less benefits ie. food and transportation are not free
