Pros

Great opportunities, specially if you come from outside, or if you are part of the inner circle.

Cons

Half decade in, the business growth is substantial, the structural improvements doesn’t follow the same rate. Cargo responsibility doesn’t match the compensation, either the responsibility close customer contact on daily basis being an entry level.

Pros

Free food catered every week.

Cons

Rolling layoffs. I have seen a lot of people laid off, not because they were not good employees, but because they wanted to "upskill" the position instead of the staff. Seems it would be cheaper to upskill the staff instead of the position. Makes you wonder about motives. Toxic leadership with no support. The C-Suite all have known each other at some point and they close ranks and protect themselves instead of the teams that are making them the millions while the lowly employees are just trying to pay the bills. Very seldom do they even come out of their offices. Leadership has a very inspiring message, but they do not know how to get to where they say they can.

Pros

Some supportive colleagues who try their best and a few opportunities to learn on your own despite the environment.

Cons

The workplace culture is highly toxic, with frequent negativity and lack of psychological safety. Management often acts unprofessionally, shows favoritism, and does not provide constructive guidance or support. Certain senior construction managers showed clear favoritism toward specific employees, creating an unfair and uncomfortable environment for the rest of the team. Communication is unclear and inconsistent, making it difficult to understand priorities or expectations. Employee well-being is not taken seriously. High turnover, low morale, and minimal opportunities for real growth.
